    I am an international buyer and Carlos has been very helpful

    No wonder this auction company has a 100 % 5-star review! I won this item for my mother and shipping from New York to Hong Kong was very not a problem. Carlos recommended a shipping company which response in hours and within the same day my item was packed and shipped out. Both Carlos and his recommended shipping company handle everything really well and replied very quickly to all my messages.

    Nice people

    Easy to deal with. The only issue was that the listing through Liveauctioneers didn't show any shipping option so, it was only when I called them, it became apparent that Deker has its own inhouse packing and shipping. Furthermore their volume of business allows them to negotiate competitive terms with carriers so they were able to ship me a small table from CA to PA by Fedex for around $100. That made the whole process convenient and cost efficient.

    Amazing experience with this Auction House!

    I would highly recommend this auction house. It's run as a family business and they treat their buyers like you are part of that family. So often when I buy from an auction house, the costs for shipping are so expensive. Almost prohibitive. BUT with this auction house, they packed the item for me and I sent a label for the shipping. It helped keep the cost down. You cannot do better than buying here! Amazing auction house to deal with!
